The focus of our "Tiriburu" tea ceremony set is the matcha bowl of the same name with a capacity of 430ml (diameter: 12 cm, height: 8 cm). It is handmade and its blue-green shades blend into a harmonious color scheme.
The perfectly colour-coordinated ceramic whisk holder (height: 7 cm, diameter: 6.3 cm) is an indispensable utensil for storing the Matcha whisk so that it retains its typical shape and its bristles are protected.
Also included is an original Japanese Matcha whisk (80 fine bristles), which is lovingly handcrafted in Japan. The same applies to the Matcha spoon made of white bamboo (approx. 18 cm long), which ensures the optimal dosage of the Matcha powder.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR MATCHA BOWL CORRECTLY - IT'S THAT EASY
This matcha bowl (chawan) was lovingly shaped and glazed by hand. Since it is a handmade unique piece, the chawan should not be cleaned in the dishwasher.
To clean it, we recommend rinsing with water and, if it is heavily soiled, using detergent. It is best to clean it immediately after use with lukewarm water.
THE CORRECT USE OF MATCHA WHISK AND WHISK HOLDER
A dry bamboo whisk tends to break the bristles when whisking the matcha tea. We therefore recommend placing the whisk in a bowl of lukewarm water before use. This makes the material softer and more flexible and prevents the bristles from breaking.
After using the Matcha bamboo whisk, simply rinse it briefly under lukewarm water and place it on the Matcha whisk holder to dry so that the bristles are automatically spread out gently and retain their curved shape. This promotes the longevity of the Matcha whisk.
