Cold brew tea, the cold brewed and particularly aromatic refreshment. While iced tea is normally poured with hot water and then cooled down in the refrigerator, cold brew is a traditional Japanese cold brewing method (Mizudashi) with cold water and many hours of exposure time. It is a wonderfully refreshing, highly aromatic tea that provides cool refreshment, especially in the summer months.

PREPARING YOUR COLD BREW TEA IS EASY
Cold Brew is particularly suitable for tea drinkers who find making iced tea too complicated, because preparing Cold Brew is really easy and uncomplicated.
Only the quality and quantity of the loose tea leaves used influence the final taste, because cold brew is basically a very undemanding tea that tastes wonderfully aromatic even after a longer brewing time without developing any bitterness (which can be the case with hot tea infusions).
To prepare a cold infusion, we recommend using around 10 g of Cold Brew Tencha Matcha for 1 liter of cold water. Simply put the tea leaves in the filter of a glass jug or directly in a (tea) bottle. Then pour cold water over the tea leaves and let the tea steep in the refrigerator for around 8 hours. This aromatic, invigorating and extravagant "iced tea" develops its umami almost overnight.
Tip:Enjoy your cold brew tea nice and chilled with a few ice cubes in your glass.
